Just like Heaven!
Aubrey and Taylor were talking about how beautiful the sky was, Aubrey said it must be just like heaven. Taylor whipped her head around and asked me if we were going to get to see Jesus, I giggled and said I hope not. But the more I thought about the Christ like faith of that five year old who thought we could see Jesus because we were up above the clouds.
Summer Vacation part 1
Our big Adventure started with an early morning Airplane ride from our home to Baltimore International Airport. This was the first flight for the kids (that they remember) and Aubrey was so nervous, but she did GREAT! At first Connor and Taylor thought that they had the row to themselves, but the plane became crowded and Taylor moved over to sit between Aubrey and me. I'll post some adventures of our Airplane ride first.
We went riding
The kids love to go over to our friends house they have horses. Connor absolutely loves the horses and Aubrey is cautious of the horses. Taylor likes them at a distance. She will ride, but she won't do anything else. We have a great time. The first part of June our friends invited us over for horse back riding and s'mores. We had a great time!

The summer
Our summer was crazy busy, in the next few days I will update my blog on what we did this summer. Please enjoy the couple of posts that I put on my blog today.
Memorial Day and paying respect!
The last few years we have been able to go to the cemetary to place flowers on Bonnie's parents grave, this year we drove from our condo and went to place flowers on their grave and once again the kids learned so much. This year Bonnie had sent us a history and Loren read it to the family while we were at the cememtary. What a wonderful way to pay respect. Thank you Bonnie for giving us this opportunity.
Funny hats!
Aubrey and i had to decorate some sort of a hat to show what we love to do together for her Achievement Day activity. So we got a mixing bowl and decorated them as our hats. We went to the store and bought all kinds of stickers that represented cooking, baking and watching movies. Thats what we enjoy doing!
