We did not leave our hotel in Baker City Oregon until 10:59 am, because Sandie was sick. She took some medication and prayed that she would make it to Vancouver without any problems. We were going to stop and see some sights along the way through the Gorge, but we were running late and had a dinner appointment with Loren's parents. We just drove straight through, this worked out good because we made it through Portland rush hour traffic just in time for dinner with grandma and grandpa Ramos! We met Uncle Dave and Aunt Kim (The Great-Aunt-Kim) at mom and dad's! Taylor found a special bond with Uncle Dave!
